Authors are invited to submit abstracts of a maximum of 300 words.  Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full papers for peer review.  One author of each accepted paper will be expected to present the paper at the conference.

Some papers will be selected, after rigorous review, and will be published in a special issue for the International Journal of Geotechnical Engineering, J. Ross Publishing, Inc.
